The organizers of this project are the second-generation executive team of the GEM TV network, who aim to honor the memory of the network’s late founder, His Excellency Saeed Karimian. They also seek to establish a major organization that will continue his innovative, humanitarian, and Iran-loving vision, honoring impactful Iranians whose names should be remembered.
This event aspires to create a new standard for recognizing influential artists and figures within the Iranian community by drawing inspiration from successful international models such as the Grammy and Oscar Awards. The Grammy, recognized as the premier event for honoring musical achievements, focuses on evaluating the technical and artistic aspects of music and awards artists who bring new levels of innovation and mastery. The Oscar, in contrast, honors creativity and achievements in filmmaking and serves as a benchmark for assessing excellence in the film industry.
